Mindjet Catalyst Web Conference is the easiest way to schedule or start instant Web conference meetings directly from within Mindjet Catalyst. You can initiate an unlimited number of meetings and invite up to 15 participants to each meeting.

- Instantly initiate Web conferences from within Mindjet Catalyst
- Schedule Web conferences and send invitations via Microsoft Outlook appointments
- Display one or more applications selectively, or display the entire desktop
- Highlight and draw on the display shown, with each participant’s comments in a different color
- Transfer display privileges to any participant in the Web conference
- Engage in chat with any or all Web conference participants
- Select up to 6 participants to speak at a time, simultaneously, with integrated VoIP
